Google Forms
Google forms is part of the Google Docs and can be accessed from your Google Drive. Google forms allows you to easily and quickly gather information and data from numerous sources. Google forms has two parts - the actual form page that you design and customize that is used to gather the information, and the responses which are gathered in a spreadsheet that is easy to edit and use. The easiest way to access Google Drive and Docs is by using Google Chrome as your browser. You will also need a Google account.
